PAYMENT AND REFUND
- Artwork will not begin until payment is received.
- Payment via Paypal, with proof of payment sent via DM before starting the artwork.
- Payment can be 50% after draft approval and 50% before delivery of the final artwork, or 100% after draft approval.
- Depending on the complexity of the artwork (type, details, and objects), the price may increase.
- If the artwork is already in progress and is canceled, you will receive 50% of the amount paid at the time of draft approval.EXTRA CHARACTERS
- Additional character: 50% of the total value.
- Orders larger than 3 characters are open to negotiation of character packages.DEADLINE
- Delivery time varies from 2 weeks to 1 month and may be extended depending on the complexity and quantity of artwork.
- If you want the artwork ready by one specific date, please notify in advance
- In case of a tight deadline, a fee will be addedREFERENCES
- Before ordering, ensure you have the necessary references to show exactly what you want; telling more about the characters can also help create artwork with a unique personality!PROCESS AND CHANGES
- The process has 4 stages: sketch, line art, base colors, and render, all duly shown to the client.- Changes to the pose, character, background, etc., are allowed in the sketch stage; only minor changes will be allowed once the line art begins, at no additional cost.GENERAL TERMS
- I will post the artwork on my social media, however the client has the full right to request privacy if notified beforehand.
- High-resolution artwork sent via Google Drive; if you prefer it via email, please notify me beforehand.
- I do not create NSFW, character design, gore, or proshipp artwork.USES AND CREDITS
- A commercial fee will be included only for products (ex: bottons, keychains, etc.).
- Artwork for YouTube channels, Twitch, and other platforms is permitted with proper credit.
- The use of my artwork in icons/pfp, banners, and social media posts is only permitted with proper credit.
- The use of my artwork by AI or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
